• Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refund any order containing user-submitted content that is defamatory, hateful, abusive, obscene, or explicitly infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrights (e.g., trademarked brand logos, copyrighted characters).
• Store Intellectual Property: All designs created by us, graphics displayed on the store, website text, layout, and original artwork remain the exclusive intellectual property of DUHO Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

Slight visual variations between digital mock-ups and finished printed textiles (such as saturation, placement tolerances within 1–2cm, and ink finish) are standard in garment printing and do not constitute a product defect.
